I t was a little after 2 p.m. in the afternoon, right when things started to slow down in the store during the weekday. So usually I took my lunch around this time and allowed either Madigan or Starling to take theirs; whichever didn’t have it already.

I sighed, grabbing my phone and purse before heading out of my boutique. A smile covered my face seeing the sun shine down brightly on my beautiful Lamborghini truck. I was still in awe every time I saw it, and even though Conquer always got me nice things, I couldn’t believe he bought me this.

Just as I was about to step off the sidewalk and get into my car, an all-black Cadillac Escalade pulled right up to me. Fabiano climbed out and brought around a white bag that read Benihana’s. My eyes widened as my stomach grumbled and mouth salivated.

“Boss said to bring your lunch.” He reached the bag down to me with a half-smile.

I’d told Conquer this morning that I was craving Benihana’s badly and didn’t feel like waiting until after work to go. He was so sweet, always going the extra mile to keep me happy.

“Grazie! (Thanks!)” I replied in Italian and Fabiano nodded before getting back into the truck and pulling off. I pulled my phone out to text Conquer.

Me: I love you, papi!

Papi: You must have gotten the food. I love you too. Enjoy it baby and take it easy. I got work for you later.

Me: Okay.

I got a tingle in my lower abdomen at the thought of him making me come. I’d always loved sex, but Conquer had me willing to not only try damn near anything, but to fuck anytime and anywhere. The end result was always mind blowing. No one had ever made me come so hard that my body would be still trembling moments after.

Since there were cute small tables along the sidewalks of the shopping center my boutique was in, I took a seat and opened my food. There was a bottle of juice inside, so I cracked it open and took a big gulp. While eating I just scoped the scenery, and I spotted Arrigo’s ass in the distance, so I chuckled.

About halfway through my food, a figure appeared. I looked up to see a girl dressed in a Cleveland Cavaliers jersey, jeans, and some Nike tennis shoes. I’d seen her before, but I couldn’t quite place a name to her. I didn’t know her well, but we’d definitely exchanged words or crossed paths beforehand. She looked a lot like Young MA, but softer.

“Owen, may I sit?” she asked and sat down before I could even answer. My eyes immediately darted to Arrigo who was watching like a hawk.

“I’m sorry, do I know you? I’ve seen you before, but I can’t quite recall where.” I continued eating. I was hungry and pregnant, so I wasn’t slowing up for anyone.

“Damn, baby.” She licked her thick lips while running her hand over her braids. “You forgot me already?”

“I guess I did.
